The Granite Group knows that not all emergency service calls happen during regular business hours. Our On Call coverage ensures that our knowledgeable staff and our entire inventory are available to meet your after-hours emergency needs, quickly and thoroughly.

We will find the inventory you need and figure out how to get it to you in the fastest possible manner. There is a $75.00 fee for On Call emergency service. This fee will go to The Granite Group associate on call. 

On Call Expectations:

Monday - Friday, 4:30pm - 8:00pm: A return call within a half hour and meeting at the location within one hour.
Saturday - Sunday, 7:00am - 8:00pm: A return call within a half hour and meeting at the location within one hour.
7-Day Overnight, 8:00pm - 6:30am: A return call within one hour and meeting at the location within one hour.
